The basic training schedule for people who have absolutely no experience with running or who are completely out of shape. Get back in top condition with this schedule and run 3.1 miles in 10 weeks!
These schedules are for runners who have succesfully completed the program for beginners. Make sure you are able to run 3.1 miles without too much trouble before starting this schedule! Run 6.2 miles in only 14 weeks!
